Children & Youth

Good children’s work and workers make a real difference to the life of any church and we are delighted to commend to you those who care for the children of the church and their visitors week by week, during our Sunday morning services and throughout the week.

All of our children’s workers have enhanced DBS checks (they used to be called CRB’s) and work in accordance with the church’s Child Protection Policy.

One thing we know for certain – our kids have fun!

Children’s Sunday Groups

Childrens Group

Having lots of fun and at the same time learning about Jesus for themselves, An entertaining and engaging time which will transform our young ones through the teachings of The Bible. Sparking them into self learners with a faith of their own,and encouraging them to care for those around them

.

Yoof Group

We have an active programme of social times and discipleship groups for secondary school age young people.

Discipleship Group

Friday evenings 7:30pm-9pm at The Cross, the young people set their own agenda, tackling issues which affect them in their own lives – often thinking about the questions their non-Christian friends ask which aren’t easy to answer (NB: These do not happen every Friday so it is worth contacting us first before coming along)

Socials

We regularly all meet together to have fun and spend time together, This is a great place to introduce friends from school or college and to feel part of the crew. Venues can vary, so keep an eye out for the latest programme!
